Rights of the interested party


Using the addresses indicated below, the interested party can exercise the following faculties (in addition to the right to portability pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, not applicable to this treatment):

  1. 1. Request access to personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR).
  2. 2. Request the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete ones (Article 16 of the GDPR).
  3. 3. Request the deletion of personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR).
  4. 4. Request the limitation of the processing of personal data (Article 18 GDPR).
  5. 5. Right to withdraw consent in cases where consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing of personal data (Article 6, §. 1, letter a).
  6. 6. Right of complaint: the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data as a supervisory authority identified in the Italian legal system (pursuant to art.77 GDPR and art.2 bis of Legislative Decree no. .Lg. 196/2003).

To exercise each of the aforementioned rights, the interested party can send an e-mail or write to the following address specifying the request and providing the Data Controller with the information necessary for the correct identification of the sender (also attaching a copy of your identity document):

Crowdvillage will respond within one month. If for some reason the Data Controller fails to respond, he will provide a detailed explanation as to why he cannot satisfy the request.



How to disable / delete cookies by configuring the browser


Chrome

  1. 1. Run the Chrome Browser.
  2. 2. Click on the menu in the browser toolbar next to the URL entry window for navigation.
  3. 3. Select Settings.
  4. 4. Click Show Advanced Settings.
  5. 5. In the "Privacy" section, click on the "Content settings" button.
  6. 6. In the "Cookies" section you can change the following cookie settings:
    • - Allow data to be saved locally.
    • - Change local data only until the browser is closed.
    • - Prevent sites from setting cookies.
    • - Block third party cookies and site data.
    • - Manage exceptions for some internet sites.
    • - Delete one or all cookies.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. 1. Run the Mozilla Firefox Browser.
  2. 2. Click on the menu in the browser toolbar next to the URL entry window for navigation.
  3. 3. Select Options.
  4. 4. Select the Privacy panel.
  5. 5. Click Show Advanced Settings.
  6. 6. In the "Privacy" section, click on the "Content settings" button.
  7. 7. In the "Tracking" section you can change the following cookie settings:
    • - Ask the sites not to make any tracking.
    • - Communicate to the sites the availability to be tracked.
    • - Do not communicate any preference regarding the tracking of personal data.
  8. 8. From the "History" section you can:
    • - By enabling “Use custom settings” select to accept third-party cookies (always, from the most visited sites or never) and to keep them for a specific period (until they expire, when Firefox is closed or to ask every time).
    • - Remove the individual cookies stored.

Internet Explorer

  1. 1. Run the Internet Explorer Browser.
  2. 2. Click the Tools button and choose Internet Options.
  3. 3. Click on the Privacy tab and, in the Settings section, change the slider according to the desired action for cookies:
  • - Block all cookies.
  • - Allow all cookies
  • - Select the sites from which to obtain cookies: move the cursor to an intermediate position so as not to block or allow all cookies, then click on Sites, in the Website Address box enter a website and then click on Block or Allow.

Safari

  1. 1. Run the Safari Browser.
  2. 2. Click on Safari, select Preferences and click on Privacy.
  3. 3. In the Block Cookies section, specify how Safari must accept cookies from websites.
  4. 4. To see which sites have stored cookies click on Details.

Safari iOS (mobile devices)

  1. 1. Run the iOS Safari Browser.
  2. 2. Tap on Settings and then Safari 3. Tap on Block Cookies and choose from the various options: “Never”, “From third parties and advertisers” or “Always”.
  3. 3. To delete all cookies stored by Safari, tap on Settings, then on Safari and finally on Delete Cookies and data.

  1. 1. Run the Opera Browser

  3. 3. Select one of the following options:
    • - Accept all cookies
    • - Accept cookies only from the site you visit: third-party cookies and those that are sent from a domain other than the one you are visiting will be rejected
